Frequently Asked Questions

What do I bring?
The payer must bring a photo ID and the credit/debit card used.
Names on both the ID and card must match the name on the reservation.

When must I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your tour time to check-in.
All tours begin on time and cannot be held for late arrivals.

What should I wear?
Footwear must be closed-toed and closed-heeled. Skirts and dresses must be accompanied by pants or shorts.
Examples of unusable footwear include sandals, flip-flops, and crocs. For your safety, we also do not allow any five-toed shoes.

What if it rains?
All tours run rain or shine.
In cases of severe weather such as lightning, management will monitor the conditions and make adjustments as necessary.

What if I change my mind or get scared?
There are no refunds or transfers available on the day of your tour.
With at least 1 day notice refunds are available minus a $20 fee.
With at least 1 day notice transfers or gift card credits are available minus a $10 fee.

Will it really take X hours?
All tour times are high-end estimates for your planning convenience.
The actual length of your tour will vary based on the total number of participants and any unforeseen circumstances (such as participant hesitation or fear).

What if I need to make a change?
To submit a cancellation or transfer request, you must do so by email.
The easiest way to do this is to reply to your confirmation email.
